Snow White's Guacamole

I don't know about you, but I love guacamole! It's another one of those dips that I wish I could just swim in because its just so good! Weird, right? Yeah...

My family has never really been a big fan of chunky guacamole. I'm not really sure why.

Usually for this recipe, I make it up and throw a little of this and a little of that in, and taste test it until it comes out just right. It comes out a little different each time. But since my soon-to-be sister-in-law, Jasmine, asked for this recipe, I decided it was about time I just wrote it down! Doc helped with the taste testing to make sure it came out just perfect.

I'm a little frustrated with myself that I didn't write this recipe down sooner! It would have made sharing this recipe with my family and friends much simpler! I think I taught each one to throw a little of this or that in too. Ugh! I'm sorry guys! Forgive me? Maybe this will be a little less stressful for you all. It will for me!

Guacamole

3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup ranch (I use homemade ranch)
1 Tbls. Sriracha (hot sauce)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder

In a food processor mix all ingredients until completely smooth. And enjoy!

Just a little heads up, this Guacamole has a bit of a kick to it! This is Belle's, Doc's, Happy's, Sleepy's, Dopey's and a few more of the dwarfs favorite guacamole. One of my favorites too :)

  4. Hello. I am a new follower from the Meet and Greet Blog Hop. I love your recipes. I just made some fresh guacamole this week. It never occurred to me to add a packet of ranch dressing. I'll have to try that next time.

    1. Thanks so much for stopping by Karen! Ohh I love ranch dressing in guacamole! Sometimes if I don't have ranch, I'll add sour cream to the guacamole, and its just not the same. :) It just adds a good flavor!
