Here are my answers:
6. Do you think you are like your mother? Yes, in some things. We sound exactly the same when we talk, and its always so much fun answering her phone when one of the Dwarfs call and tricking them into thinking its her. ;)
7. What's your favorite color? Peacock blue, if that's even a color.
8. Do you have any odd habits? I can't sleep without my fan. I hate it, and need to get rid of this habit.
9. If money were no object, what is the first thing you'd want to do? Take my whole family on a trip somewhere.
10. If you could have dinner with anyone - past or present - who would you like to have dinner with? Probably my Grandpa (Doc's dad). I hear he was a pretty good cook. He passed away when I was about 7 and I only have a few memories of him, but the ones I have I'll always treasure. :)
11. How many states have you stepped foot in? 8, I believe.
1. Why did you start blogging? I started blogging because a good friend of mine suggested I share my recipes with everyone instead of posting tons of pictures of my dishes all over Facebook :) And another reason was so I could keep track of recipes the Dwarfs love, and their comments. I'm so glad I decided to do it, because this has been so much fun!
2. What is your favorite meal? Sneezy's Chicken Picatta he makes special for my birthday.
3. Favorite vacation place? The Oregon Coast
4. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when "you grew up"? Be a wife and mom. OR a sign language interpreter, but I love my job now, as a librarian :)

Random facts about me:
1. I work at a library
2. I was home schooled from 5th grade until 12th grade.
3. I love the rain.
4. My nickname is Raine and most my friends and family members call me that instead of Lorraine
5. I say something stupid every time I talk to a cute guy. Every. Single. Time.
6. I'm single. Yep. Probably because I say something stupid around cute guys ;)
7. I love the taste of pudding, yogurt and tapioca, but have to take tiny spoonfuls, or I gag. It's a texture thing. Ugh.
8. I have naturally curly hair, but straighten it a lot because I have really thick and sometimes frizzy hair.
9. I cut my hair short in my sleep. :(
10. I love ice cream, and love trying new flavors.
11. One of my favorite movies is 'My Fair Lady'. Doc sings "The Rain in Spain" song to me a lot, except he switches 'Rain' out for 'Lorraine'.

ReplyDeleteI have the same texture issues with pudding! I can't eat jello either. I love yogurt, but I always put something in it...nuts, granola, oats, something! (I also can't do anything whipped/foamy - like meringue, whipped yogurt, etc!)
